Cancellation Policy
First reminders go out 72 hours before the appointment; appointments are locked in at 48 hours. If you are feeling under the weather when you receive the first reminder 72 hours before, you must reschedule. Cancels + reschedules within 48 hours will be charged 50%. Day-of cancels, reschedules + no-shows will be charged 100%. There is a five-minute grace period for all services if you are running behind, but please text Tatum at 503-660-5896 if you will be later than that as you may be charged as a No Show.
